This is the one in ASF format!
There is also an MPEG version which is higher quality and is 27 mb.

If you can't find it there, go to www.fileplanet.com and type +DOOM +"GeForce 3" in the search field. It should be on the first page of matches. The filename is doom_asf.zip.
