The imp doesn't look much like an imp but that's fine. I'd say darken it's skin a bit.

The Arachnotron model looks really good and a bit different and better than the original model, nice!
The Mancubus looks way too blocky, almost like a Q1 model. The napalm launchers are just too thin. The skin is good.
The Revienant has wrong proportions: arms and lower legs are too short, chest case is too big. The head skin is maybe a bit too cartoonish.
The Imp looks quite good, especially the ingame shot.

That's awsome! The Imp and revenant didn't look quite right... the revenant looks like he's smiling or someting, the imp.. i dunno. The ingame shot didn't seem like standard imp animation, but it looks cool.
I'd love to see some anims! Bring on the urls :)

Probably 3 or 2 256x256 skins. I guess the models are partitioned into head, upper and lower.

I don't know about the other ones, but the imp model is made up out of two pieces : body and head.
