ya know, the thing that made Aliens so cool was the fact that the critters could breed like small rodents without turning the movie into a stag flick. Of course, who ever the hell directed Species must have viewed that as some kind of flaw.
I can imagine that when parent groups and congress are all winded from bitching about the profound level of carnage in Doom3, they could have all sorts of fun talking about the nasty demonic sex scenes and how they turn children into petophiles who also enjoy routinely making human sacrifices to a big goat head thingy in their basements.
Besides, I'm sure there are plenty of web sites out there that cater to people who are into that sort of thing. >=P
In any case, the best solution is probably just to play in Nightmare mode, where everything respawns anyway.
