I know this is not the hardware forum, but I wander if anybody knows (from personal experience) what is the best board with KT133A chipset. I want to make a step in the Athlon direction. I currently have a P3 733 (133 bus) and a GeForce256 DDR. P.S. I want to overclock ! thanks

The MSI K7T266 Pro-R VIA KT266 sounds good to me. Stick a Ghz Thunderbird Athlon with a 266 FSB and half a gig of DDR ram on there and you'll be flyin'.
P.S. It's not wise to overclock AMD, they're not as heat friendly as Intel processors. I would only suggest it if you have $75 or more invested in some serious cooling hardware.

Do you wan't to overclock your GPU as well as ur CPU? If so, don't do it on a Ge 256, you'll fry the thing.
The most overclockable card (and probably the most card for your money) is the "GeForce 2 Ultra.
BE SURE YOU BUY THE HERCULES' MODEL: 3D Prophet II Ultra. This has what is probably the most finely crafted cooling system on a GeForce 2 card.
If you wanna overclock ur GPU and RAM this is the video card to do it on. One guy managed to get the GPU up from a shipped (shipped @ 220MHz from a stock of 200 MHz) up to a stable high of 250 MHz and the RAM up to 400MHz (from the shipped 366 MHz DDR).
The Ge 2 GTS seems to be unstable at a GPU above 219 MHz =( it's too bad that's what I'm usin.
(but hey, I don't care cause I ordered a Ge 256 and got a Ge 2 GTS instead for the price of the 256 =)

I've the Creative Geforce I DDR and it's overclocked. It works fine with a +50Mhz at the RAM and +20 at the Graphic Processor. When it is at +60/+20 there are flickering triangles at the screen, above this values the screen freezes. I've no additional cooling hardware.
