How? Just drag it into the message?

Can't be done. You can link to it though.

You *could* use Notepad or Wordpad to open the actual wad file, cut + paste the jibberish into a message and post it, but it would take more effort for people to download that and save it to a .WAD file than to just click the link and download the file.
