how the hell do i load a zdoom config file?
i try to load it but it says that its the wrong kind and shit!
I wanna make slopes!!!!

Are you using WadAuthor? If so, to load WadAuthor to edit in native ZDooM mode you'll need to do several things. First, make sure you have zdoom.wcf in your WadAuthor directory. Second, you'll need to convert your DooM2.wad into zdoom format. Use zdwadconv.exe (downloadable from zdoom.notgod.com) for the conversion. Third, you will need to edit your zdoom.wcf file so that it points to your converted IWAD (e.g., ZDoom2.wad). Fourth, when you open WadAuthor, pull down the File menu, and choose Select Configuration File. Select zdoom.wcf, and you should be good to go. To run your level from within WadAuthor, you'll need to edit your .ini file. For this and other excellent information read Rick "Wild Man" Clark's tutorial at:
