Uh, just out of curiosity, is there anyone here who uses WadEd, for whatever reason? I'm under the impression that I'm the only one.
Yeah, I know about the other, 'better' editors, but WadEd is the only one that I can really 'get along' with. I'm just curious to see who else. If anybody.

Yep WaDed is the way to go. WadAuthor would be great but you can't "draw" with it and alot of my maps get build by drawing a wierd shape and going with it.

I used to use DCK. It was the easiest editor IMO. But then i got tired of booting to dos, so i switched to Wadauthor. I really think thats a GREAT editor. Its easy to learn, use and whatever!
What should i get? Quake3? Half-Life? Soldier of fortune?
Arhh heck ill just go get DOOM2.

Me! Definately me! All other editors are crap! WadEd is DOS crap but all others are even WORSE crap and some even Windows crap. Waded is least crap. Wish someone would make The Perfect Doom Editor...

I tried WadAuthor. It's definitely the 'best' editor, I can see - but each user is different, and the way WadEd works is better for me, that's all.
I do 'resort' to WA though, when levels get too big for WadEd...
