OK, I'm using Zeth to make a ZDoom hub, and bsp.exe to make the BSP trees. Now for some reason, polyobjects don't view properly after they've moved, and Zeth refuses to acknowledge some sectors after I've moved the verticies out a bit... anyone know what's going on and a possible solution?

Thanks, WARM did the trick. And as for the sector thing, it only seems to be Zeth that it screws up on, I gave it a try in DeepSea and it had absolutely no problems (oh, and as for the sector ref on linedefs, they have saved me many a go-back-to-data-saved-half-an-hour-ago situations when I accidentally delete a linedef or even a sector :)
