hey i just beat doom2 what a rush! whoo! emm what is the best map program for doom2? for a new mapper? i have made levels for wold3d (none any good) duke3d (fairly good ,great!) hl ( i need some work)

HEH YEAH OOPS UMM WELL I HAVE TRIED WAD AUTHOR AND IM HAVING A PROB. EM WHEN I RAN MY WAD I HAD AN AREA THAT WAS INDOOR AND ANOTHER PART OUT DOOR BUT THE GRASS TEXTURE CUT INTO THE TILE I USED.????? WHATS THAT? ANY GOOD TEXTURE/SPRITE EDITORS?
