Ok, I just downloaded Doomserv 5.0 full install and I dosent work. I read the "READ ME NOW" file and followed the instructions for installation. I installed the program and placed the special file it talks about in the read me in C:\Windows\System. When I start Doomserv, the little black box comes up that has
*Username:
*Password:
*Login:
*NEW USER:
*Cancel:
And the little list of servers, which contains nothing.
I click on New User a little warning thing comes up that says "No server selected" and the box comes up to fill out all of the information. Name,Address etc,etc,etc. After I fill every box out, I click on Submit and a box comes up that says:
"Run time error '40006'" "Wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction request."
This dosent make any sense because I have the latest winsock version and am connected to the internet. I dont know what to do and csdoom sucks. Please help if you can.
My system specs:
Windows 95
233 mhz Pentium 1 w/MMX
32 mb ram
Have Doom 95 retail and am running the latest version of ZDOOM.

You need the DSL files http://greensting.addr.com/washing.zip http://greensting.addr.com/grnstng.zip place them in servers folder, suggest you get 5.0 update from http://greensting.addr.com/dsfiles/dsmar26.zip
