A while back someone told me that they knew a company that could convert say a 1600x1200 image into a nice 24x36 poster. What is their information again? (I ask because I want a Doom or Quake III poster made).
THanks again,
Gruson

Cool. Kinkos can do it. They say it will look perfect if the source is a 1600x1200 shot. Cost for a 27" x 41" poster is around $76. 24x36 is $60. Not too bad.
.....FYI.....

"Not too bad"
But you should not expose the print to sunlight, because colours will fade. Even dull sunlight will have a bad impact. UV protection sprays (expensive) may help a little but the poster will definately loss colour saturation within 1-2 years.

Any printing place should be able to do that. I'll assume you're in the U.S. and recommend Kinko's, they're everywhere and do everything.
