why do people not understand the concept of the signature?
the point of a sig is to identify you and possibly give contact details, eg your email address or ICQ number. it can, if you really want, include a *short* and amusing quotation or something. but not a fucking ten line long poorly spelt and completely unfunny little vignette like that. the old guidelines for a sig were that it started with

and was a maximum of four lines long, and i don't see any reason not to stick to that...
