I've been wondering about this ever since I first played the level. What in the heck is the red skull key for? I looked around the entire level trying to find out where it's supposed to be used, but found nothing.

ok. from the room behind the yellow door there's a switch in the pit with the altar. the switch lowers the lift. in the room behind a lift are 2 rooms. one room with some angled face textures and one beyond that with some lifts, and you can see the key on top of one of them. shoot one of the angled faces (it'll be yellow on the map) and that'll open a secret. in there is another switch that lowers a lift in the 2nd room. there's a room from that lift with another switch that opens a room behind another one of the angled faces, with a switch, and some ammo. flip the switch and that'll reveal another switch in the lift room. hit the revealed switch to activate the lift that leads behind the waterfall to the red key. whew.

Yeah, that's it. All we have to figure out is why it's there now. Great, right? Maybe something has been taken out.

No, I got it a lot of times. I just can't figure out what it's for.
I tried the area beyond the blue door, but I found nothing.

oh... it's for an obvious room in that was taken out of the psx version. the red door would be in the room just behind after the lift that you press in the altar room behind the yellow door.

The key is for a small room with health potions,armour bonus,ammo.

Theres nothing really important in there.To get to it,you must go through the blue door and find it somewhere,but I cant remember.
