Please look at elbryan's FTP (WinTex Dir). I've uploaded the file time ago. The file was the only of a bunch that works on Win2K.

The file, vbrun300.dll, is 390 KB in size. There is one on the Windows 95 Disk. Maybe on the later ones to. Check to see if you can get your hands on the disk.

You could also go to download.com and search for 'Visual Basic'... all of the runtimes (and a load of other shit) will come up for your downloading pleasure.
