Just to let you know (if you care): I haven't dropped or forgotten about Survival 2. I have just been busy cleaning up DTNC so haven't got to it yet. I will though.
Oh, I may put out a map using the layout described in Operation Rescue too. It may even have 3D floors. You never know. :)
