Ecto-Resonance Detector

The Ecto Resonance Detector has a Rotating top that detects for residue of ghosts that have previously occupied the same space.  If the scanner is used in the direction of a ghost, it sends out a PKE surge of incredible magnitude that will destroy the targeted spectre. It is Extremely Powerful but consumes energy quickly.
