Not a bad map. Quite large, but it needn't take a long time to play. There's some running along narrow ledges, but falling never means certain death. Gameplay balance is OK and some thought is needed. 4/5x

This is dated November 1994. It's E3M1. You fight 222 baddies in a sprawling, polygonal, but nonetheless entertaining old-school wander-a-thon. The design feels random but does attempt to lead you through it; the fighting is never hard but in compensation it never lets up. It's ugly but the designer paid attention to height and space. I'm not a fan of the tiny catwalks though. David J. Hill seems to have specialised in deathmatch levels otherwise.x
