This is dated August 1994. You fight 112 monsters in a relatively imaginative smorgasbord of E2 design elements. It has a non-linear hub-style design, but almost everything else is wrong, though; the fights are routine, it's all hideous, and the author was fond of mazes, flashing lights, and mazes with flashing lights. The vital red key is in a completely unmarked secret that you'd never find without IDDT; the other two keys are superfluous.x
