This is dated February 1997. It's one of those "based on a real place" levels, this time a hospital. The exterior looks nice, but the inside is the typical grid of tiny identical rooms, and it's ruined by a dark maze. The maze almost works (you know there's an archvile in there, looking for you) but it's not enough. Another attempt at diversity, with a catwalk, just falls flat. There's a decent amount of monsters but it's still a very so-so level.x
