| prity chalinging i like it 4/5 | x | | This is dated April 2001. You fight 137 baddies in a simple techbase, with a classic style. It gets off to a good start, with a hectic close-up battle, and the difficulty remains unsentimental after that. The layout is compact but non-linear, and it feels larger than it is. Overall it's great fun, although the final battle is a bit of a let-down (the enemy roster is good, but you can easily take cover from them). | x | | Just played this with Brutal Doom add-on and the start is most certainly hectic, if not brutal (UV -fast). Once passed the first room, the game becomes a good challenge and was very enjoyable too for such a simple wad. 4/5 (September 2012) | x |
