Don't be ashamed to try the easiest difficulty.  It's only the easiest in
comparison to other difficulties.  Also keep in mind that players take more
damage on difficulty 1 in comparison to 5.  This way you take less damage
when taking on two cybers or one without berserk than when fighting one cyber
with berserk.  If you want respawning items, go ahead and team up against the
cyber(s) in deathmatch mode.  I recommend respawning monsters, but not on
multiplayer difficulty 3.

Single Player skill levels:
1 = harder (no berserk)
2 = hardest (no berserk)
3 = easiest
4 = easier
5 = medium

Multiplayer skill levels:
1 = harder (no berserk)
2 = hardest (no berserk)
3 = medium (two cyberdemons)
4 = easiest
5 = easier
