Reviews:
| A very nice map with tough as nails gameplay. | x | | Pretty map, Darn tough, even on skill 3. | x | | 4 well-earned stars for a good-looking castle map that kicked my ass all over the place on HMP. | x | | not so good, doesn`t look like an interesting castle, squarish, no atmosphere, boring monsterplacement,... . 2.5/5 | x | | Tested with Skulltag, ZDoom, Vanilla Doom 2 and TNT, and it didn't work! "R_FlatNumForName: ADEL_F62 not found"! | x | | This is dated July 1998. NB you've got to have Gothictx.wad for it to work properly. It's a large, square castle with 369 baddies, and the gameplay doesn't fuck about. It has an irritating habit of making monsters pop up out of the ground right in front of you, and the sound replacement makes every missile sound the same, which is confusing. Apart from that it's good unsentimental fun, with about three separate boss battles and tonnes of action. | x |
