| bad - Kak Home | x | | nice - josh | x | | a perfect copy of the hellkeep from final doom | x | | Yea, it's a remake and it's just as boring and ugly as the first. 8/13/07 | x | | This is dated September 2002. It's hard to judge; as a clone of the original it does what it sets out to do, but the original level isn't much fun. It's very square and simple, and if you pistol start - which you probably will - there's a chronic shortage of ammo. It's still pretty easy, because you can just run past the ending battle, but it's not much fun to play. A bug means that you can't get 100% kills (three zombiemen are stuck in a trap that never opens). | x | | I never got why Midway replaced the first 2 Inferno maps in the console versions. Nothing really seemed that detailed about them, and E3M2 was probably the best map in the original episode. This short, square map was a pathetic replacement. 2/5 | x |
