| Your skills are improving but the map is still ungood. | x | | Really poor wad... 2/5 | x | | A nice map, with some nice touches thrown in here and there, such as a slime-level gauge next to one of the the switchs. 3 stars. | x | | I can't believe this level was made this year! Whatta hell was up with the ending: just dumping the big guns to the player, and then the boss brain dies! Surreal... | x | | This reeks of 1994, although it was made in 2005. It's a short, simple level with misaligned textures etc, and a scattering of monsters. You get a bunch of powerful weapons right near the end, at which point you move over a trigger line and John Romero dies and the level finishes. I give it a star for making me feel nostalgic for 1994; not that 1994 was a good year or anything - it was a dull, anonymous year - but I was young then, and I did not fear death as I do now. | x |
