no modifications.  You may distribute this file in any electronic
format (BBS, Diskette, CD, etc) as long as you include this file
intact.

CONCERNING THE NEW SOUNDS:
Authors may NOT use any of the new sounds included in this wad, with the
exception of the two sounds by Mark Anthony Klem (normal shotgun and player
falling sound). Mark Anthony Klem allows other authors to use his sounds,
provided that he recieves a mention in the credits. If you use either of these
sounds, you should have the courtesy to thank him (E-Mail him on: mark.klem@swcbbs.com ).
Members of the group Degrees Centigrade may use any of MY sounds, but no-one
else without special permission.

As usual, if Groan happens to cause your computer to catch fire, or when you
try to play a netgame your modem calls Sri Lanka, I don't care. At all. Not
in the slightest. OK, well maybe just a little, but I won't be held responsible.
