Title: The Texas Tornado Deathmatch Wad
Filename: levels/doom/d-f/dmtorn.zip
Size: 54.88 KB

Author: David & Kathy Bruni
Description: Well, I picked the name because a tornado just missed our house the other day. Seemed fitting for a wad file. This is a medium sized level. Pretty tough in the hard setting. No Cyberdemon or Spiderdemon. There are a few Barons, though :-). You'll need all 3 keys to exit, one of the keys is in a hidden room.

This is E3M5. I was not amused. It's larger and has more monsters than most maps of the period, but three quarters of the level is basically a dark cramped maze, and the non-mazey bits don't amount to much. The red key is hidden in a toxic maze with strobing lights; the blue key is hidden in a secret, behind an unremarkable wall - life's too short for that kind of level design.x

No, he should continue it. The Brunis made good maps too.x

I was kind of disappointed when I found no tornado in this level. :) The level is OK, but not something to get excited about. 3 stars.x
