This is a decent small-scale town level. It's basically a series of small courtyards, each with a slightly different theme (techbase, gothic, marble, stone). This was before texture alignment. There are a few problems - the yellow key is completely redundant, and there's an innocuous room in the first courtyard that can trap you forever, I assume because of a bug. Nonetheless the level is not bad for the period, though very dated today.x
This was E4M1 of HEROES.WAD. It's an okay '94 map, but it suffers from disjointed, unnatural progression thanks to the mandatory secrets. It's a little more creative than the usual output of the era, but it's still not that great. 3/5x
