Base: From scratch BUILD TIME about 10 days EDITORS USED Paint Shop Pro -textures and graphics Animation Shop -animated/swirly liquid textures DeuTex 3.6 -builds RUINS.WAD from scratch (didn't need Wintex) DOOMCad 5.1 and 6.1 -main map editor(s) WAD Author -backup map editor (used for detail editing) GLBSP -special EDGE map compiler (based off BSP 2.3) for GL nodes RMB -reject map builder WAD Cleaner 1.0 -cleans and compacts QDOOM.WAD CMAPTOOL -BOOM's colormap tool (pretty blue water...) Digital Orchestrator Pro -music editor Cool Edit 96 -sound editor Notepad -used to create/edit DDF and RTS KNOWN BUGS none RESOURCES used Quake 3 textures as a base and modified the crap out of them to make RUINS textures, they look pretty good :)

very nice looking dark moody map for edge source port.x

Excellent production. A fantastic atmosphere is achieved like in a wad never seen elsewhere, except maybe for Newbreed. Mystery, darkness and tense, acompanied with loneliness thanks to the music track make up this wad. Highly recomended. The only flaw is that it's so short. -Nmnx
