Title: The Marble Maze

Description: Oh, about the level--it's very big but it should be fast even on slower computers. I designed it more for style than difficulty, so you hardened DOOMers may be able to do this in your sleep. But watch out, there are a few unkind surprises!

All weapons are available, but the BFG is *EXTREMELY* well-hidden. Don't expect to find it on your first time playing. But once you know how and where to get it, it's easy!
Credits: The usual--id, the DEU guys, anybody who ever had anything to do with the development and enhancement of DOOM, John Haugeland for playtesting (john3@old-cube.philosophy.pitt.edu)
Base: New level from scratch
Build time: Approx. 35 hours
Editor(s) used: DEU 5.21 GCC, BSP 1.2x, WinDEU 5.23, WADOPT
Bugs: None, unless you consider being too lazy to align ALL the textures a bug. Sheeesh, what some people want. . . . :-)

This is dated 2000, but feels six years older. It's a maze. All the bends are right-angles, the corridors are a uniform width, the only texture is green stone. Despite being laid out in a strict grid pattern, there are texture misalignments all over the place. The action (cough) consists of shooting the shotgun man/demon that lurks around the next right-angled corner whilst hunting in a large maze for some switches and keys.x
