| This is dated December 1996. You fight 218 mostly tough baddies in a gloomy tech-castle. It's good fun, but suffers from a difficulty level that's not so much challenging as downright obnoxious, and a symmetrical design that tends to make you do the same thing several times over. Nonetheless it feels substantial and has a knuckle-biting, frustrating final battle on a catwalk. Overall it's right on the cusp between masterpiece and overkill. | x | |
