To play this PWAD file, unzip it into the directory where you put 
DOOM 2 then start DOOM 2 like this:

The "Villa of Pain" awaits.  The monsters have infested this quaint country 
villa.  The owners called Terminix and Orkin, but the Imps just ate the guys 
they sent out.  Now they've called you in. You begin in the courtyard and 
must figure out a way into the building.  Once inside, your mission is 
simple: destroy everything in your path.

It's time for you to clean house! And bring a mop, there'll be plenty of 
blood.
