Description:	To start the wad, type: Boom -file phthp.wad -deh phthp.deh Phthp is a 9 level single player only doom2 wad, inspired by the great game, Realms of the haunting. I've tried to recreate a creepy experience like in this game (especially in the house). I hope i've succeeded. You will need a Boom compatible engine to play it. Any comments are welcome, just mail me. In every level (except the last) there's one secret. If you don't find the portals or the secrets, just read phhint.txt file. !!!!! IMPORTANT TO KNOW !!!!! The first level plays in the house of portals. Here you come accross two key doors, but the keys aren't in the first level. The yellow key is in the second level. You have to find the hidden portal to that level (the world Homophobia)and recover the yellow key there. In level three, you're back in the house, with the yel- low key, wich you can use to open the yellow door. Then you must find the next portal to level four (the world Demoka). !!!!! IMPORTANT TO KNOW !!!!!

Anonymous	Very nice. The only thing I can complain about is the "jump scaring" ambushing monsters. It's kinda neat how the wad has a hub map without actually having a hub map. (It's the same map repeated with some alterations) I also like the secrets. Some are pretty clever, though difficult to figure out. --Zellonous	x

STORY
=====

English is my third language, so don't
be disturbt by the speling mistajkes :-)
spelling mistakes or other errors.
Just enjoy.

Tomorrow morning could be my last day.
I've been chosen to enter the country
house and face the dangers inside it.
But, let me begin from the start.
Everything was going well in our
neighbourhood. A few days ago that
suddenly changed. Every
tree in the garden died in one night.
One day later, we found the landlord
on the street, heavily wounded. The
only thing Enriko, that's his name
you know, can say before he dies is
... damn, i forgot my line :-) ...
just kidding, the only thing he can
say is: "You need to find and destroy
the Galbrador on the world Gobrotica
at all cost.". In his hands he holds a
diary, discribing his adventures.
He was part of
a cult of 8 magicians. 1 master and
7 apprentices. They where interested in the
story of 4 strange portals in the house
wich each lead to another world. Just
at the moment they discovered the first
portal, the master magician was found
death in his room. They build a 
mausoleum in the house for his last resting place.
The portal seemed to be magicaly sealed.
After many years of investigation, they
where able to break the seal. The apprentice
who had accomplished the ritual was
found death in his room ... He read the
review of his WAD on the web, you know :-) ...
They put his body in the mausoleum with
the leader ( Wat a smell :-) ).
Enriko was send as envoy to investigate
the first world: Homophobia
----------
HOMOPHOBIA
----------
In Homophobia Enriko hears of the Galbrador
for the first time. Homophobia is full of people
who are very agressive, they aren't
even scared to kill each other. It doesn't
matter, because the Galbrador gave there
leader the power to rise the dead. 
He has donated some magical items too:
- Blue potions for healing
- Green potions for protection
- A magical chest for healing all your wounds
  and for making you stronger
- A green bulletproof vest for protection
He gave these items to every world. Moreover,
he has given one special item to every world.
For Homophobia this was a backpack with a
built-in energy field wich makes every item
ten times smaller, so he can carry much more
with him. Enriko finds out that the leader of
Homophobia has lost contact with the Galbrador
for quite a time. He hears of the existence of
three other worlds and a portal to each in the
house. Enriko is willing to help the leader to
reestablish the contact with the Galbrador but,
the leader has to tell him the location of the
portals. Unfortenately, he has forgotten his line
to :-) The only part of his line he remembers
is the location of the portal to the second world:
Demoka. Enriko returns to the house and finds out
that there is a portal to Demoka in the country
house. But, again its magicaly sealed. Again,
after years of studdy and serious headaches they
find a way to lift the ban. The first trial failed,
and kills another apprentice (where did Sherlock
Homes go?) and his assistant. Only four members
remain, icluding Enriko. The second try is
succesfull. Again Enriko is send as an
envoy to Demoka.

DEMOKA
------
Demoka is ruled by an evil triplets, they
call themselves: The Barons of Demoka. Luckily,
they are very eager to restore the contact with
the Galbrador. Otherwise, Enriko wouldn't have
survived this trip. They even tell him the unique
item they recieved from the Galbrador. It's a blue
energy field wherein sits an entity which gives
the same effect as one hundred blue potions (Whaaw!!! :-) )
They also give away the location of the thirth portal
to the world: Phantomuzo. Enriko returns to the house,
and they find out that the portal is, guess what,
magically sealed!!! It cost them every single damn
bit of energy they have left to open it (why didn't they
just say: open sesame). Another victim fell during the
hart attack operation ... Oops, wrong soap serie :-) ,
speeking of soup, i'm getting hungry, i'l continue
this story later,

PRRT, open the damn bathroom door, please!!!

...
Here i am again, let's continue the story, another body
was disposed at the mausoleum, only three apprentices
left. Enriko goes as envoy to Phantomuzo

PHANTOMUZO
----------
Every follower of the Galbrador that falls into disfavour
is executed and his body is burried on Phantomuzo.
They haunt this world wich is covered with graveyards and
chappels. They've got a small chance to be recalled to
Gobrotica. But, to get recalled they first have to restore contact
with him. So the leaders, very fat ugly creatures,
 are very pleased with the help of Enriko.
They unveil they have a unique item to guard: a very
valuable battleshield wich turns your skin into stone.
They know the location of the fourth poral to the fourth
world: Cavera. Enriko returns to the house. The fourth
portal is magicaly sealed (speaking of d�j�-vu).
Another victim falls during the ritual to break the seal.
The body is dumped in the mausoleum. Only two left. They
both travel to Cavera

CAVERA
------
Cavera is an abandoned pirate hideout wich is now invaded
by huge spiders. And, there are rumours that the creatures
of the house have send there best troopers to Cavera.
The same story here, they have lost
contact with the Galbrador and are eager to restore it.
Enriko and his buddy can make some new allies. The
leader, a very very very ... very very very ... small, uh,
big spider (WARNING FOR SISSY'S: STOP READING!!!), tells
you about the unique item he recieved: a white energy field
where in sits an entity who givs a super-duper-wooper-pooper
shield and doubles your health. They bring Enriko and his
companion to the portal to Gobrotica, the world of the
Galbrador. Many centuries ago, this portal has been
closed by a magician. The creatures of Cavera have tried
everything to open it, but everything failed. Enriko
and company thinks that if they can open the portal
they will receive endless power, so they offer to help.
They travel back to the house to study a bit more
in the library. Enriko now writes down in his diary:
"Hehe, i got rid of the last one, now that every one
is out of the way i'm the only one who will benefit of
the powers of the Galbrador!" Enriko decides to close
the doors in the house that lead to the portals. The
keys are guarded in the different worlds. Only the portal
to Homophobia is left open because this is his favorite
world. He tells in his diary that he is planning to
close this portal when he returns from Gobrotica. the
last sentence he wrote down was: "I have found a way
to open the portal and tomorrow i will travel to
Gobrotica and become the only ruler."
----------
Apparantly the cause of all the mysterious events was
the opening of this last portal. Several people have
been entering the country house, butt never returned.
One of them didn't get far, he servs as a
decoration in the front yard. Hopefully lies his dubble
shotgun somewhere nearby. So, tomorrow it is my
turn to enter the country house. But, what they don't
now, is that i make a good chance because i've played
Doom. And if i succeed, it will be me who becomes the
ultimate ruler, MOEHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!

If you are already scared by reading the story, don't
play the Wad without your diapers on. :-)

Finally, finally escaped from this hell. Where you tought
to find ultimate power, you only found destruction. But still
you feel something is not right. You still hear a faint
laugh in the background. It can't be you because you just
peed on the Galbradors body. You quickly run trough
the teleporter. Hey, what is this? You're back in the
arena. Now you hear a voice saying:"You didn't think
i was dead, did you? Now that you're trapped in my arena
i have all the time to conquer your home place with my
new rocketlauncher. Moehahahahaaaaa!" Shit man, shit
shit shit, i need to shit :-)
