HELLU101.WAD  -  Hell in the University (version 1.01)
A single-player level for Doom or Ultimate Doom v1.9
with some new graphics, music, sound, and monster death sequences.

WARNING - this wad contains new sprite graphics, so it's best to use a
          Doom Source Port which can import wads containing sprites;
          such as: Boom, PRboom, MBF, SMMU, PrjDoom, ZDoom, Legacy, etc.

This is an unauthorized, updated version of HELLU100.ZIP (version 1.00)

Version 1.01 Update:  Sparky of KISS Software    kelm@eisa.net.au

Mods made by Sparky of KISS Software:
- deleted the batch files and utility programs for use with 'Plain
  Vanilla' Doom.
- converted the DMGRAPH/DMAUD patch to standard pwad format
- combined the new wad with the existing helluniv.wad
- sorted the wad resources, fixed some sounds, removed the wasted space
  from the wad, added the correct start/end markers for compatability
  with most Source Ports.
- deleted the unchanged Doom texture patch w13_1
- adjusted the offset of the m_skull menu bullet
- renamed the help screen from help2 to help1 for compatability with
  Ultimate Doom.
- the original version contained a whopping 87 files, and modified your
  main DOOM.WAD.  This version contains only two files (hellu101.wad
  and hellu101.txt) and does not affect your original Doom files, even
  when used with doom.exe instead of a Doom Source Port.
- the original version was 808KB zipped and this version is only 560KB

HELLU101.WAD does not require patching if used with a Doom Port.
Just run the WAD as-is.  For example:
    XXXX -file hellu101.wad

where XXXX is the filename of your Source Port
    Boom, PRboom, MBF, SMMU, PrjDoom, ZDoom, Legacy, etc.

You can still play HELLU101 with 'Plain Vanilla' Doom or Ultimate Doom,
but you'll need to add the extra sprite graphics to hellu101.wad using
a program such as DeuSf, DeuTex, WinTex, NWT, etc.
  For example:    deusf -as hellu101.wad

History
-------
This idea came out in the Winter 1994 but only the next Spring our work began. 
This work was made during our freetime between a Physics Book and TV programs,
or during an awful raining day and a no sleeping night.
This is because we took many months to complete it.

WAD
---
All the Level "Hell in the University" was created by Lorenzo,
this is the really last version of many many previous ones!
We don't exactly how much hours we work on it, but believe us,
too much for an Uni Student!

Texture Mapped Walls

All the replaced images were found,edited,modified  by Max.
Thanks also to Vincenzo for the Scanner support without that nothing 
would be produced.
Some images are original from WW2 period (Also to find them out was 
a great work).

It's no so easy to edit or create so much frames!
After all we are happy for the result,with more time perhaps ...

That's a miracle!:-)
Perhaps the most difficult Works afterall!
Infact the explosions sequences were completely build up from zero.
And only God knows ALEX's patience.

Sounds
------
We have replaced 20 Doom 1.x Sounds.
The Voice-idea and the Sound editing was by Max.
The Voice of many of these sounds is The YUGO voice, a great Voice.
Yugo belches and noise are Trademark of Puzzola Soft.Inc Ronchi D.L.(1995).

converted from midi to mus format with mid2mus.exe
