| Poor. This is basically a riff of Doom E1M1, with some new sounds and the new imp that pops up here and there. If anything it's simpler than E1M1; there are no secret areas, the architecture isn't as complicated, and it's totally linear. You can't even go outside. | x | | Wow. A few familiar rooms copied from E1M1 with all the detail ripped out of them, and laid out in a row. No visiting the featureless outdoor area, no secrets, a sprite-replaced black imp that shoots purple sparkly balls, and two of the most annoying and LOUD gun sounds you'll ever hear. This guy can figure out how to integrate all those patches and lumps into a PWAD but couldn't learn a few detail and flow tricks from 10 years of enthusiast mapping? 0/5 | x |
