Poor. The humour amounts to replacement sounds - pops instead of gunshots, Star Trek swish doors, an annoying scream when you fall - and crudely defaced textures. None of it is funny per se; the humour derives from the juxtaposition of these sounds and textures with the relatively serious quasi-satanic context of Doom, but the contrast comes across as juvenile rather than sublime. Level design is v. poor 1994, with one joke right at the end of the last.
