Limit removing source port required.  Some secret areas are accessible only by jumping.  Tested in GZDoom, JDoom, Risen3D, ZDoomGL and Legacy.

Please "disable decoration models" if playing with JDoom or Risen3D. (otherwise you will see small trees and electrical columns in very strange places)

- The .DEH file only changes level names in the auto-map, the text between map06 and map07, and the sounds for the SS Soldier.  It has no effect on anything else.
