Reviews:
| The initial "great hall" area gives the level a promising-looking start, but the rest of the map is pretty much a bland, maze-ish wooden -place- (it evokes no more specific word). The texturing is consistent to a fault; nearly everything is wood so it becomes very monotonous. Gameplay involves wandering around as areas open up in response to more or less randomly-placed walkovers, and grabbing a couple of keys while fighting a scattering of weak monsters, none bigger than the bull-demon. | x | | Fairly good by `94 standards, with textures that are actually well-aligned and complement each other (although you will be seeing almost nothing but wood textures). Gameplay isn't strictly linear, and I like how you'd be led back into old areas with new parts opened up. However, it's far too simple and easy in regards to battles or puzzles/navigation. Recommended only if you're desperate for a non-terrible `94 map. 2/5 -VV | x |
