Rules:
There are no rules, but keep these tips in mind:
1) Use a textfile inside your demo's zipfile; it identifies:
- the map
- the time elapsed
- the person who recorded it
- the source port used
- the skill level that it was recorded
- what kind of recording (max, speed, etc)
- miscellaneous info/comments
Besides that, it gives other people a reason to watch
your demo... and makes it easier on the site admin.
2) No cheating - unless it is specified in the demo or
the textfile.
3) This is for fun for all; no trashing someone else's
demo/playing. The demos speak for themselves.
4) Copying another player's demo is encouraged.
Submit to your heart's content. I may not preview
submissions, nor do I verify what skill level these were recorded at.
There is no guarantee that I will watch the Doomworld
message boards, email me all submissions please. opulent@cox.net
Note that some ports(and some port's settings)
make recording easier than other ports do.
Files over 50kb in size will be stored on the ftp servers
and not the html servers.
Since most of us couldn't record for the Compet-N on
the Iwads if our lives depended on it, there is this site.
Visit the Compet-N
