Erik is one of the few 'focus' people in the DOOM community.   His activity and direction combined with his ability to bring quality projects to fruition makes him one of the most accomplished people in the community.
He is able to make maps perhaps faster than anyone else.  Not just maps, but some of the best maps ever released.  Scythe has been is crowning achievement, but it surely doesn't end there...
And not only does he make demo-friendly (and demo-watcher friendly :) maps, Erik is also an active Compet-N-level player.    A person to watch... in more ways than one.
