I haven't worked on this in months, and really don't care about working on it any further because the original map is almost one year old now. It's about 80% completed (compared to what I wanted it to be at first), and is on map15 inside the wad, called "Beyond Pain". So who is willing to finish this (at all)?

After having played through it I tend to agree with Use3D.

Wrap up the few loose ends (in the briefest way possible) and get cracking on the THING placement. Ammo is kinda unbalanced as is.

Anyway, I did "test" it for what was there:

(MAP19 task scheme)

2a. Lacks monsters at the start, by the time I see some I'm without weapons and any means to care for my health loss. Looks unfinished.

It's gonna be interesting how the MARBFACE--GRAY mixture will turn out (near the soulsphere pool up in the hallway).
By my likings, it's hard to create a good mix between BRICK style and BROWNGRN (both are my favorites!), just as I think there is with TECH and MARBLE (in reference to my map).

2b. (none)

3. You maybe want to make windows impassable, set the blue armor's sector to secret if it is considered secret.
The water pool with the soulsphere is badly modeled, you can see there's a texture missing. Either create a real "deep sector" (242) or keep it flat.


Please don't be disappointed by it, could have been great.

The map lacked half of the monsters, although sadly the architecture has changed barely. It's a map I made almost a year ago, so I don't really like it anymore. I have added enemies, done some tweaking et al, but thats it. I'll submit as finished when the time comes.

Jeez a wonder would turn up if somebody picked up your map and edited it further. (Did I suggest myself? It would be an idea, but don't count on it, the schedule is pretty tight until Oct 31.)
