I have started this thread as more of a wip focused only on CC3 itself rather than wait for wip entrys to be approved. Basically just post in here how much percentage of your level is done, and maybe a screenshot or two if your running low on ideas and need suggestions. Any takers?

Map31 - 1% done. Imagine a beachish area next to a cliff, with a nazi base carved into the cliff and slowly descending into hell. I've got the cliff and entrance to the base so far. I have next week off from school, should get some decent work done on it.

BTW, ROCK20 is a really bad cliff texture.

MAP13 - 0.05% complete

Really, all I have is the linedefs for maybe 1/4 of the map.

The map starts out as a cathedral and its rectory. After passing through the cathedral, you go on a romp through a forest and finally end up in a cave.

I hope it doesn't end up terrible, like my 15 other unreleased wads...

I'll never release that crap.

Maybe for people who are slow at mapping, but for people such as Spork and others I cant think off the top of my head right now, it's pretty useful if everyone starts posting.

MAP07 is like 1% done. Base within a cave complex, OH BOY.

Even though I have MAP07, I'll probably make it much longer than Dead Simple, and have more than just standard Mancs and Arachnotrons. Oh yeah, it'll probably be pretty fun, too.

Should my cave be flowing with lava, or just standard rock?

I can't really decide...

EDIT: I just had a great idea! From the large starting area, with the cathedral, you can see the volcano in the distance, similar to that map from earth.wad, The Emerald Tower. But, since I'm using ZDoom, I can slope the sides of the volcano.

A couple early screenshots of the map. It's inspired much by the map in PSXDoom, The Mansion. I was originally planning to make a techy level, but decided not to. Screenshot 2 needs more dead bodies hanging from the ceiling (not).
