If you've visited the CC4 Official Rules Thread recently, you will see that rule 10 (The MIDI rule) has been changed due to widespread complaint. As such, you now have to enter something different in the "Custom MIDI?" field since your team leaders want to know the source of the MIDI you submit. If you still want to compose your own, write "New". Otherwise, enter the source of your music.

Since I would imagine some people would want to choose the MIDI after completing their level, this is just like the title and you you can do this anytime before compilation.

Since everyone's posted their sign-up in this thread, just edit your posts. TGH and I will be able to find what we need. =)

[Edit] I see the rules thread has been stickied, but it may be a good idea for a moderator to give this, the deadline thread, and the resource WAD thread the same fate. =/

If a reserve slot shows up I might be able to contribute here, as I have a couple of old Plutonia II maps that got the boot when the project was revived under new ownership. (a few texture alterations should see them freed from the PII wad)

I have to agree. It would be great to see a map by T.U.D.

It would also be nice if bloodskull was able to do one as well. There are ALWAYS dropouts, so chances are very good there will be a couple slots vacated towards the end.

Hope they both get them ready.

Sadly, another person has left the project: Mechadon has informed me via PM that he's dropping his mapping slot to focus on more pressing projects. Thus, the MAP02 slot is open now. TUD, being in a Reserved slot, may choose between MAP02 or MAP29, and a new mapper may occupy whatever slot remains.
