I did send an updated version on the map a while back to the two email addresses specified in the guidelines. I don't remember if I submitted a list of all of the changes I made or not. If not I posted one in the thread for my level.

It's good to be back, and I'm eagerly awaiting the next review on my map to see where it stands as far as completion. However, I probably won't submit any other map aside from the current one. Seeing how long it took me to get even remotely close to a finished state, I just don't think I'll have enough time for a second map.

It's hard to believe it's been two years already, damn.

Alrighty, I believe I've finished what needed to be done for Technoprisoners and Ragnorak. Both has had difficulty settings implemented, as well as other changes suggested by the testers. Will send them to you TGH and the testers that responded and see what they think of the changes.

I've also nearly finished The Grotto. Just need some testing and critiques/feedbacks for now. Some parts are somewhat bare since I'm out of creative juice for the time being and difficulty setting isn't done yet. I can just say it was hard work and this is probably the biggest map I've worked on, I think. Hopefully it's turning out okay.

I havent done a thing to my map the last month(s). Been really busy this summer, but there shouldnt be much left to do anyway, so I`ll get to it soon enough.

I may not have posted much in the way of feedback in the past week, but I'm still around.

There are relatively few maps for me to look at just now, which means I may find time for darkreaver's epic slaughter map soon, though I find it an intimidating prospect, I must admit. Still intending to look at the latest versions of Joshy's maps as well. There's a second valkiriforce map that I've yet to look at as well.

I have completed the latest status check today. I regret to inform you all that I have dropped Capellan from the project for missing four status checks in a row. While his finished level remains in the project, he will have to sign back up if he wants to contribute another level. He has been e-mailed.

No one is in danger of suffering the same fate, oddly enough. However, valkiriforce, Pottus, and Alice Jameson have all missed two status checks in a row, and have been warned by e-mail accordingly.

Various others have missed one status check, and should check in as soon as possible.

I've decided that I will no longer be part of this project. I'm going to focus on my mapping ability before I decide to take part in any other projects than my own (and I'll be honest I'm a little embarrassed by the disorganization of the maps I did contribute; I put too much faith in myself too early as a mapper).

I'm really going to import other textures; there aren't enough dark AND machinery textures here.
I've also noticed that Eternity has pain palette correction, to prevent "legendary" screenshots. Why, Quasar, why?

Today, only one person is on the "chopping block," so to say: Alice Jameson, who hasn't made a single post here since May. While her level will stay in the project, she will be booted out of her playtesting position if she doesn't report her status here. She has been warned via PM and e-mail.

Three people have missed two status checks this time around: TheMionicDonut, suicidal pencil (who hasn't made a post since July,) and Super Jamie. All three have been warned about this via PM and e-mail, and should report their status ASAP.

A bunch of other people missed a status check today; they should check the list and report their status immediately.

Let's get moving, guys!

Uni and diploma > Not much time to work on the maps.

Basically the Grotto needs some detailing as 'justanotherfool' made quite a list of suggestions (a looooong list :P). Naturally I won't be following all of them but will certainly be taking them into consideration.

Got a mini holiday-break coming up within several weeks. By then, a couple of days or even a day of full-on mapping, I should get all three maps up to par and sent.

Hopefully we can finish this project by this year, it has taken a little too long. Heck, Plutonia Revisited is doing a lot better! :P

I'd noticed that too - likewise pcorf's "just for the fun of it" project has got a lot more finished maps in a lot shorter period of time as well.

I'm hoping this gets done by the end of this year, but I don't think I should try for a third map or anything - thats not what this project is about.

I'm currently having trouble with Doom Builder 1, and I can't currently switch to 2, because I'm on an older computer right now. I guess I shall fight it. In the mean time, what recommended alternatives to Doom Builder are here? Deth?

I couldn't back the map up on to my external hard drive or my dvd/cd burner... and I couldn't upload it to the internet because that just wasn't working when I did my format.

Well, if there isn't anyone else working on their maps, I think we would have to go for filler maps instead? Community chest 2 anyone? This project has been going on long enough for people to have the opportunity to be involved. Plenty of other projects to involve in if they miss out.

On a related note, I've finished my 'full version' of the Grotto, and have sent it to justanotherfool and Wilou to clarify any further necessary changes. Once that's done, I'll send you the map along with Technoprison as there was one slight change (to reduce frustrations for the lower difficulty players)

EDIT: And sorry to hear about your misfortune Macro11_1, that sucks. :(
