preorder??

why does some people have to wait until 12th august, doesnt suppouse that with the preorder you can take it when it arrives to the store (3th august)?

EBGames will have it Aug 3rd, which I preordered from back on July 11th.

As usual, Britons, Asians and Europeans will get it later as opposed to us Americans getting it first.
