uninstalling doom a problem

Icant uninstall doom and i went to program files there is no uninstall.exe what do i do now.When i put the cd in it says demoshield then blinks away ,its pissing me off can any one who is smart help me?Or does peaple here playing doom just play and cant help me!!!!

Have you tried going to the control panel, then "Add/Remove Programs", and uninstalling Doom3 from there?
