Can you help me?
How can i change between these modes in a current game?
The only way is starting a new game?

You have to start a new game if you wanna change difficulty.

You can start every level in the skill setting you want by typing

set skill0

set skill1

or

set skill2

before you load the map via console. I´m not 100% sure but I think those were the commands.
