Single-player runs absolutely fine, but multiplayer is running really choppy. Every time I move forward, it "teleports" me back to the location before I even pressed the Move Forward key, kinda like I have a really high "choke."

Counter-Strike Source has a CONSOLE for their game. Where they can customize their "cl_cmdrate" and "cl_updaterate". ???Is there a console I can activate to customize them to where it's not as choppy as it is???

I've tried reducing the video quality and all that, but still the same problems occur, even with the lowest video quality.

I'm running at 50+ FPS with Ultimate / Extreme video quality settings, so I know it's not the video card.

Any ideas?

Sounds like lag more than anything. See this Doom 3 network guide for more info.
