How do I unlock sound editor for doom3 edit

Thanx for being patient with my newbieness Whats the target information for sound editor. After I right click on a shortcut and go to properties,and then click on target.

Doom 3 comes with a map editor.

With some observance, you'll find what you need: the Doom 3 SDK. That explains how to load the Doom 3 Editor. It's indeed in game; doesn't mean it's all stable (I'm having trouble myself with it, but others are feeling fine with it).
