Does anyone know how to uninstall the Doom 3 expansion pack "Resurrection of Evil"? Ever sense my computer crashed because of jDoom I have not been able to get it to work properly.

Put the RoE disc in and choose "uninstall" or go to Control Panel and remove it via that.

I tried both of those options. I clicked "uninstall", it disappears and does nothing. And when I went to "Add or Remove Programs", it was not there.

Here is the thing, it says it's installed but there's no trace of the data. I think I have to manually uninstall it.

You mean manually install so it is there, then uninstall it and reinstall it again the proper way so that it's officially installed?
