Is there a mod that disables motion blur, but leaves everything else unchanged, for Doom 3? Thanks

Huh? Doom3 doesn't have motion blur. In-fact Doom3 has very little (if anything) in the way of post processing.

Well, the damage feedback in Doom 3 is different from Quake 4, I guess is there a mod that makes the damage feedback more like Q4?

I forgot about the damage feedback, actually. That honestly doesn't count as motion blur though.

I believe that falls under "g_doubleVision" in the CFG file. Set it to 0.

In the Steam version of Doom 3, advanced settings are tricky.
1) Go to main menu
2) Go to video settings
3) Open console
4) Set variables one at a time
5) Exit console
6) Click "Apply"
7) Restart game

You could also try using vid_restart instead of restarting the game entirely. Also, com_allowConsole 1 in the CFG or in the Steam game launch options should get the in-game command console working if you haven't gotten it to already.

Sikkmod includes the Motion Blur effect (which I believe is disabled by default).

I have personally not tested the Motion Blur effect in Sikkmod myself, but I don't really see the need for it...
